Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on organic SEO to promote our banking products. This role involves managing campaigns across multiple channels, performing keyword research, optimizing content, and leveraging analytics to drive performance and ROI. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven professional with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of SEO best practices in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to promote banking products.

  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and engagement metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across website content, blog posts, and other digital assets to improve organic search rankings.

  • Paid Search Management: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximize reach and conversions.

  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, manage accounts, and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.

  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written content tailored to banking products.

  • Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website to ensure it aligns with SEO and user experience best practices.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, user behavior, and website metrics, generating detailed reports with actionable insights.

  • Lead Generation: Maintain marketing databases and manage lead generation activities, collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead nurturing and conversion.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, with a focus on organic SEO.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and analytics tools.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, META Ads Manager, Canva, and similar platforms.

  • Creative thinking with excellent written and visual communication skills tailored to the financial services audience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of banking products or the financial services industry is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years focused on organic SEO.

  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and improving organic search performance.

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, or HubSpot) are highly desirable.
