Roles & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital campaigns, social media activities, and online distribution channels. This role combines creative thinking with data-driven insights to maximize brand awareness, online conversion, and guest loyalty across Accor s hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the hotel s digital marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PR, F&B, and Revenue teams to develop content and campaigns that support commercial goals.
  • Maintain and update digital content across websites, OTAs, and other online channels to ensure accuracy and alignment with Accor brand standards.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and report on insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Assist in managing CRM campaigns and loyalty marketing communications for ALL Accor Live Limitless members.
  • Support revenue growth by ensuring rate parity and accuracy across all online booking platforms.
  • Oversee hotel social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and brand tone.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and third-party partnerships for brand promotion.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and guest feedback on digital platforms.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and assist in digital trend analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with digital agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns efficiently and within budget.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in hospitality marketing and digital communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably within hospitality or retail.

Solid understanding of online marketing tools including SEO, PPC, CRM, and social media management.

Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.

Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
