• Coordinate with IT teams to facilitate seamless data flow and operations.
• Perform regular system checks, hardware upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
• Document infrastructure changes and communicate with teams about impacts.
• Support disaster recovery and data backup operations and procedures.
• Manage cabling and equipment organization to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to oversee service delivery standards.
• Implement security and safety protocols that meet company compliance requirements.
• Undertake preventative maintenance to minimize potential system failures.

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in data center operations or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of data center architectures and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with network protocols and server performance monitoring tools.
