Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings through the clinic's system.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of patient information.
- Resolve patient concerns or escalate to the clinic manager when needed.
- Collect feedback from patients to improve service delivery.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and welcoming at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or Urdu is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with clinic management software, MS Office, and general computer literacy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
