Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Meet with customers and brokers to resolve complex cases and obtain required management approvals.

Handle exceptional approval requests, including:

  • Interest waivers
  • Special sales discussions
  • Additional discounts
  • Early payment approvals

Review and verify released inventory on Monday dotcom and CRM for accuracy.

Oversee the release of new inventory.

Process cancellations and reinstatements of units, ensuring revised pricing is approved by management.

Ensure correctness of cancelled inventory release entries on Monday dotcom and CRM.

Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to team members; monitor progress and follow up as needed.

Support the CRM team in addressing and resolving customer queries.

Approve Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Reservation Agreements (RA).

Visit Dubai Land Department (DLD) to resolve Oqood-related issues.

Assess fund requirements and ensure timely processing for Oqood cases.

Approve special offers such as discounts and complimentary furniture.

Sign and approve agency agreements in coordination with the sales team.

Coordinate with the accounts department to clarify commission eligibility and secure management approvals when required.

Liaise with the Owners Association to obtain approvals for community income and expense matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Team Management Experience is must.
