Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to target corporate clients, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to enhance sales strategies and performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales principles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales in aviation industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market landscape.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
