Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial due diligence, business valuations, M&A advisory, and transaction support. You will play a key role in advising clients on strategic financial decisions, conducting detailed analysis, and supporting complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute financial due diligence assignments for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Perform business valuations using multiple methodologies (DCF, market multiples, precedent transactions, etc.).
• Assist in M&A transactions, feasibility studies, and deal structuring.
• Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.
• Prepare and review investment memorandums, valuation reports, and pitch books.
• Support clients with capital raising, debt advisory, and restructuring projects.
• Liaise with clients, investors, and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and valuation practices within the UAE and international context.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, ACCA, CPA, or ACA are highly desirable.
• 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or investment banking.
• Strong expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and financial modeling.
• Excellent understanding of M&A processes, capital markets, and corporate structuring.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).
