Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, work schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, building codes, health & safety standards, and MBCC’s quality policies.
  • Review and approve project reports, material submittals, and method statements.
  • Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and workforce to optimize productivity and performance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion, snagging, and successful handover of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing high-rise projects (minimum 25 floors) from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, cost control, and quality management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
