Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Drive B2B business development and client acquisition across the UAE and GCC region for ERP and Cloud transformation projects.
- Lead sales initiatives focused on Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), Zoho One, and E-Invoicing / GST automation solutions.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with enterprises, system integrators, and consulting firms.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement from lead generation and proposal building to contract closure.
- Represent Cloudare in networking events, meetups, and partnership discussions within the UAE tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the India delivery team to define solution scope, pricing, and project delivery strategies.
- Contribute to overall business strategy, brand positioning, and expansion roadmap for Cloudares UAE operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in B2B sales, ERP solutions, or IT consulting (Oracle / SAP / Zoho / Microsoft).
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation, E-Invoicing (EINV), and Cloud business models.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or partnership roles within the IT / SaaS / Consulting sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Based in UAE or open to relocation; preference for candidates with an existing regional network.
- Passionate about scaling a fast-growing tech consulting firm and willing to take ownership as a business partner or co-founder.
