Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex CNC machine malfunctions, swiftly restoring operational efficiency to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment, including detailed inspections, adjustments, and part replacements, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct on-site installations and commissioning of new CNC machines, providing comprehensive training to operators and ensuring seamless integration into the production environment.
  • Troubleshoot intricate electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of CNC machines, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.

  • Holds relevant certifications, such as those from Siemens, Fanuc, or Heidenhain, demonstrating specialized expertise in CNC machine control systems.

  • Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine service and repair, showcasing a proven track record of successful troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of various CNC machine brands and models, including their specific operational nuances and common issues.

  • Hands on experience with Fanuc and Other cnc controllers

  • Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
