Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare CNC machines for the production of parts and components.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, sketches, and instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Load raw materials and select the appropriate tools for specific machinery operations.
- Monitor the performance and operation of CNC machines throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specified dimensional and quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and minor repairs on CNC machinery.br>Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adjust machine settings to improve production outcomes and reduce waste materials.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to enhance production processes.
- Document and report any machine malfunctions or inconsistencies in the production line.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with new CNC technology and practices.
