Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries in English (Arabic optional) about consulting services via phone, email, or live chat./p>

Maintain client records in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot./p>

Liaise with teams to schedule appointments or provide updates./p>

Prepare simple correspondence for consulting projects using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace./p>

Record interactions to ensure high service standards./p>

Attend virtual training on consulting processes and tools./p>
