Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Translate 3D + scope into clear execution steps (materials, milestones, handover).
Coordinate architects, supervisors and vendors to reduce delays and rework.
Run weekly client updates with photos, progress notes, and next-step clarity.
Flag risks early and propose solutions (budget, time, technical constraints).

Requirements
Strong coordination + communication (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Renovation/fit-out experience preferred (site + office coordination).
Ability to read drawings, scopes, and practical site constraints.
Dubai-based or ready to relocate quickly.
