Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards, effectively managing on-site teams.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions for any identified hazards.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects to interpret project plans and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and workforce efficiency to report to upper management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in construction supervision or project management, demonstrating solid industry knowledge.
  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or PMP to ensure compliance with safety standards and project management best practices.
  • Experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects, showcasing the ability to handle complex tasks and diverse teams.
