Job Title: Call Center Lead Management
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time (Salary + Commission)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Aesthetic Consultant to join our client’s high-end clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all lead enquiries, generating new leads, and converting them into confirmed appointments. This role requires prior experience working with premium or luxury clinics, along with excellent communication and sales conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all incoming lead enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, social media).
- Proactively generate new leads through various channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed consultations and appointment bookings.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and clinic staff to ensure seamless client experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales/business development within high-end aesthetic or luxury clinics is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic procedures preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proven track record of lead generation and appointment conversion.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and handling multiple lead channels.
