Synopsis

As a Business Solutions Controller, you will perform specialised global airport and commercial end user solution and process support for global and hub users of departure control, baggage and reservations solutions. You will be a user support which includes providing support processes, workflows and procedures, defect identification and process resolution.
Accountabilities
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Refer to supervisor for complex tasks which may require exceptions to procedures.
- Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Perform specialised global airport and commercial support and activities based on extensive knowledge and experience of core system processes, workflows and procedures identifying user and system issues for resolution and protecting operational on time performance and revenue.
- Provide end to end support to operations with a focus on timely completion and effective communication to all relevant parties.
- Perform and contribute to an overview of daily operational support activities and communicate to end user and reporting team to ensure smooth execution of department operation.
- Highlight and suggest possible improvements to policies and procedures to ensure continuous alignment to best practices
- Analyse and address functional inquiries and issues from multiple internal and external parties to ensure a timely and accurate data is identified and provided for resolution
- Collect and review information required to proactively address issues and queries raised on daily basis, to provide a specialised support to the department
- Drive improvements in processes and services in order to improve processes and procedures, SLAs and customer satisfaction while driving modernization and best practice
- Minimum Diploma or relevant licence/certification
- Minimum 1 year operational experience in Airline operations and/or experience working on departure control and/or reservations system.
