Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and prospect corporate clients, brands, and agencies in Dubai and GCC
Present Podcast Hub's service offerings and PHO's 3-tier consulting model
Lead discovery calls, pitch meetings, and proposal presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals for production packages and retainers
Build pipeline through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events
Maintain CRM records and forecast sales accurately
Collaborate with production team to scope projects and ensure client satisfaction
Develop case studies and testimonials to strengthen sales collateral
Stay informed on regional podcast trends and competitive landscape
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years B2B sales or business development experience
Proven track record closing deals in media, production, or creative services
Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and stakeholder management
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate value propositions clearly and confidently
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Self-motivated with ability to manage pipeline independently
Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
