Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for retail mortgage products.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.

    • Engage in direct sales of home loans and mortgages to prospective clients.

    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align on strategies and share insights.

    • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

  • Customer Service and Compliance:

    • Maintain high standards of customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and policies, maintaining a low ratio of discrepancies.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with new effectively and existing clients.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile sales team.

  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

A Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales of home loans and mortgages.

Demonstrated banking experience, either locally or internationally, for at least 1 year.

Proven sales experience with the ability to meet consistently and exceed targets.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Proficiency in Arabic is essential
