Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acquire new healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, specialty centers) across Dubai and the UAE.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers: Medical Directors, CEOs, HR leaders.
  • Pitch and promote Tanizze’s healthcare recruitment services.
  • Attend industry events and network within the healthcare community.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in healthcare business development, staffing, or recruitment.
  • Existing network within the UAE’s healthcare industry (especially clinics).
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred.
  • Dubai-based with strong market knowledge.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
