With RevolutX live and surging, we re scaling a next-generation crypto platform for the world s most sophisticated customers.As a Crypto Institutional Business Development Manager, you ll be on the front line of this growth. You ll drive client acquisition, build deep strategic relationships, and shape the commercial foundation for Revolut s institutional crypto business.This role blends hands-on sales, commercial structuring, and ecosystem engagement that gives you direct impact on one of Revolut s most exciting new verticals.If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and want to shape what's next in finance, we want to hear from you.What You ll Be DoingLeading strategic partnerships and revenue initiatives across the institutional crypto spaceSourcing and onboarding clients, such as liquidity providers, large-scale market participants, corporates, and fundsStructuring and negotiating commercial terms across exchanges, custodians, brokers, and key infrastructure providersCollaborating closely with Product, Legal, Operations, and Risk to bring new services and integrations to lifeDeveloping scalable partnership frameworks and sales collateral to support global expansionOwning end-to-end partner management, including outreach, contracting, onboarding, and performance trackingRepresenting Revolut Crypto at industry events, client meetings, and strategic forumsWhat You'll Need3 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles within crypto, fintech, financial services, or tech sectorsExcellent commercial acumen and a track record of managing complex, high-value B2B partnershipsA solid understanding of the crypto landscape, including custody, liquidity, trading platforms, and regulatory considerationsThe ability to independently drive projects from sourcing through negotiation and executionExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skillsA passion for the crypto space and belief in its future potentialNice to haveExperience with crypto liquidity providers, custodians, brokers, or blockchain infrastructure companiesFamiliarity with cryptoasset regulatory frameworksExperience with SQL or comfort working with data to analyse partnership performanceBuilding a global financial super app isn t enough.
