Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in freight forwarding (Air and Sea).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and establish strong, long-term partnerships.
Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions to meet client needs, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations and delivery schedules.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (Air and Sea).
Strong understanding of logistics operations and freight industry products and services.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
Open to all genders, nationalities, and candidates below 45 years of age.
