Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across the UAE. This role

combines tender management with proactive client acquisition, focusing on both public-sector

opportunities and direct business development with private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the EV charging sector.

• Lead tender submissions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality

proposals.

• Build relationships with developers, fleet operators, and government stakeholders.

• Hunt for new projects by engaging clients directly and representing Shahin at industry

events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of business development experience in the UAE energy, mobility, or infrastructure

sectors with proven success in winning contracts.

• Strong networking skills and knowledge of the UAE business landscape.
