Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients, analyzing market trends, and understanding industry needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize client lifetime value.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address their evolving requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize business development efforts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel to client sites and industry events as needed to build relationships, promote our brand, and generate new business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles.

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales, demonstrating proven success in a similar role.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently driving revenue growth, showcasing a results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in the Furniture and Home decor industry is highly preferred, understanding the specific challenges and opportunities within the sector.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, capable of securing favorable deals and building long-term client relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, enabling efficient management of client data and sales processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.

  • A proactive and results-driven personality, with a passion for building relationships and achieving business objectives.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic, ensuring effective communication with a diverse client base.

  • Having a Driving License as an added advantage and more preferred
