  • Description:
  • Caribou Coffee UAE is expanding its team and is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join its outlets across the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while maintaining brand standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers daily, take orders accurately, and contribute to creating a welcoming and positive caf atmosphere.
  • Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Barista within the food and beverage industry
  • Previous UAE experience is considered an advantage
  • Must currently be based in the UAE
  • Ability to join immediately is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and follow operational standards
