Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Barback to support bar operations at the Queen Elizabeth II (QE2) floating hotel in Dubai. This is a rare opportunity to work aboard a historic luxury ocean liner permanently docked in Port Rashid. The role involves ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and ready for smooth service, supporting bartenders in creating a world-class guest experience.

Core Duties

* Assist the Bartender in opening and closing the bar
* Restock liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, ice, and all bar essentials
* Maintain inventory of tools including stirrers, shakers, strainers, and glassware
* Keep the bar clean and organized by wiping surfaces, mopping, and managing waste
* Ensure the bar setup is complete at the start and end of each shift
* Support a seamless guest experience in alignment with QE2's heritage and luxury standards

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience as a Barback or Barman in a high-volume hospitality venue
* Familiarity with bar inventory and hygiene procedures
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
* Hospitality or cruise ship background is preferred
* Physically fit, with attention to cleanliness and teamwork
