Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Originate, manage, and grow a defined book of Escrow and TPMA clients, leveraging your existing network within legal, property, construction, and corporate sectors.
Drive measurable new revenue and recurring growth, balancing acquisition with long-term retention and relationship value.
Design and structure complex, compliant Escrow solutions, working closely with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure precision and regulatory alignment.
Develop and manage introducer and referral networks law firms, developers, CSPs, and advisors expanding market access and accelerating deal flow.
Own your pipeline end-to-end, ensuring CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and transparent reporting consistent with global commercial governance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services (for seamless onboarding and lifecycle management), Marketing (for visibility and thought leadership), and Operations (for execution excellence).
Contribute market insight and feedback to inform Escrow product development, pricing models, and competitive positioning.
Represent Interpolitan with authority and discretion at client meetings, events, and industry forums, upholding our reputation for trust, credibility, and precision.
Operate with full accountability for commercial performance owning outcomes, not just activity.

Requirements

Experience & Commercial Acumen
7-10+ years' experience in Escrow, TPMA, legal, or financial services, ideally within payments, trust, or transaction banking.
Proven success in originating, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value Escrow or TPMA transactions.
Existing book of relationships or introducer network capable of generating immediate commercial activity is essential.
Strong technical understanding of SRA/FCA frameworks, client money management, and regulatory controls.
Commercially intelligent able to translate technical expertise into structured deals, partnerships, and sustainable revenue growth.
