Roles & Responsibilities
As an Audio Visual Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, driving growth and building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Your key focus will be to promote and sell our state-of-the-art audio visual solutions to a diverse range of clients, including corporations, educational institutions, and event venues. Armed with a deep understanding of industry trends and technology, you will identify potential opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals that meet and exceed sales targets. Your passion for AV systems and your commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure you provide a consultative approach to client engagements, delivering tailored solutions that align with their specific needs and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the audio visual sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine clients' AV requirements.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to showcase AV solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
- Provide after-sales support and address any client concerns promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products in the market.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and contracts per client requirements.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote our AV solutions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and report sales performance and market insights to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role, preferably in AV industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Extensive knowledge of audio visual systems, applications, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to secure beneficial deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales activities effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.
