Associate Pricing Analyst

Join our dynamic team to support competitive pricing and estimating activities for bids and proposals. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn and apply standard estimating practices and techniques in a pre-contract environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the pricing team in developing basic pricing models and fee structures.

• Support the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Help review bid forms to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Collaborate with the proposal team to gather data for price analysis and support pricing strategies.

• Collect and organize cost and pricing data, including market and in-country data for various cost line items.

• Work with business development, project managers, and finance teams to ensure compliance with company pricing policies.

• Assist in maintaining cost/pricing models and schedules for proposal development.

• Participate in proposal reviews and post-award evaluations to gain insights into pricing strategies and outcomes.

• Support the assessment of contract documents for potential risks and cost implications

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor s degree in any Engineering, Construction management or a related field.

• Ideally having 2 years of experience in pricing, estimating or a relevant profile. Fresh graduates from a recognized University, are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of pricing and estimating concepts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Currently based in UAE to attend in-persons interviews.
