JOB PURPOSE
Monitor a product from conceptualization through the planning and development.
Develop new products, design and execute plans, test the product, and launch it on the market.
Improving customer retention and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
Support in enhancing product value proposition and leverage expansion opportunities
The role is only for UAE Nationals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving the product strategy and roadmap amongst all stakeholders to achieve year on year growth
Partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market campaigns to ensure alignment between business and product strategy
Empowering the Development and Design teams to execute the product vision
Levelling up the Product team to perform at world class level so that they are the envy of other tech companies
Using market research and UX research to analyze and beat our competitors continuously
Measuring and celebrating success using business intelligence tools, modern reporting and exciting town hall presentations
Leveraging previous commercial experience to uncover new opportunities to keep us ahead of PropTech disruption
Proactively solve potential problems with other teams to avoid unnecessary conflicts
Delivering large scale bug free releases on time and on budget
A natural ability to interpret ambiguity and complexity and transform it to organized and detailed communication
Proven track record of delivering multi product GTM strategies in a SaaS & Monolith environment To demonstrate the ability to influence and negotiate with other heads-of to achieve win-win outcomes
Superior relationship building, public speaking and time management skills
Proven subject matter expertise in in the needs of business small and large
Excellent technical acumen - knowledge of what it takes to develop code as well as proficient in modern tech stacks
Knowledge in SEO/SEM fundamentals
To empathies with different user types to reach successful product direction
Ability to use data and analytics with intuition in order to help drive decision-making
