Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and coordination support to the Financial Director. Manage documentation, correspondence, and reporting related to financial operations. Liaise with banks, auditors, and corporate service providers in the UAE and abroad. Track and organize payment instructions, invoices, and related documents. Support the preparation of management reports, financial summaries, and compliance submissions. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items. Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, financial documents, and confidential information. Assist with project coordination, deadlines, and communication flow within the finance department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (preferably within finance, banking, or corporate services). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Excellent English communication skills (Russian language is an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software; familiarity with accounting or financial systems is a plus. Understanding of basic accounting principles or financial documentation is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with UAE Free Zone entities (DMCC, IFZA, etc.) or international business structures is an asset. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured environment with international correspondence.
