Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the overall growth strategy for theMotor Insurance segment.
  • Identify new customer segments, insights, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with insurers to negotiate pricing, product enhancements, and customer offers.
  • Assist in product development with insurer and underwriting teams.
  • Improve sales funnels by analysing data and enhancing customer journeys.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, and tech teams to drive conversions.
  • Enhance operational workflows to support seamless customer experience.
  • Track and analyse segment performance to recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to digital initiatives to automate and optimise the buying journey.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Top B school from india — mandatory.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, insurance, fintech, ecommerce, or strategy/product roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of pricing, customer funnels, and product development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
