Role Description This role is responsible for coordinating all disciplines involved in both the design and construction phases of our projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key responsibilities include: Developing concept and detailed drawings using Revit Coordinating closely with interior designers and integrating ID elements into the Revit model Collaborating with MEP engineers and cross-checking drawings for accuracy and consistency Reviewing shop drawings and ensuring alignment with as-built conditions and current design Following up with subcontractors to obtain timely and complete shop drawings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Familiarity with contract administration and construction documentation
