Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing systems and digital documents, to enhance information retrieval and streamline office operations.

  • Coordinate office communications, including drafting and sending emails, memos, and reports, while maintaining a professional tone and clarity.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports by compiling data and creating visually appealing slides, ensuring information is engaging and informative.

    MAIN ROLES:

    1. Call & email in out maintaining, appointment schedules controlling 2. EMR (electronic medical records) billing records maintaining, 3. To control whole office maintenance opening & closing to maintain hygiene condition. 4. To assist Digital marketing & brochures to build patients, 5. To maintain staff records & duty roaster to control refreshment 6. To maintain fixed assets, computer accessories, to maintain DEWA & Stationary 7. To control all the yearly contracts, medical waste, pest control, rental records. 8. To follow purchase request (medical related to co-ordinate with Dr. & nurse. 9. Payment related if any time need to support bank activities. 10. If any other works request from management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a under graduate degree, with a preference for candidates holding an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative support role, demonstrating a solid understanding of office procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.

  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.

  • Previous uae experience in related field is preferred

  • Drivers license preferred.
