Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented, independent, and highly organized Admin / Finance / Legal Manager to oversee daily financial operations, HR administrative functions, and legal compliance. The role involves managing payroll, VAT reporting, bookkeeping, HR compensation, budget tracking, and legal contracts to support smooth and compliant business operations in the UAE.


*Responsibilities*:

1. Handle daily finance records, including payroll, VAT reports, and bookkeeping

2. Manage HR administration, compensation, and budget tracking

3. Draft, review, and manage legal contracts; coordinate with legal team on compliance



Desired Candidate Profile


*Requirements*:

* Native proficiency in English required; Mandarin Chinese preferred;

* Familiar with UAE company setup, tax, and regulatory systems

* Background in accounting or legal; UAE work experience preferred

* High level of independence, integrity, and precision
