• Bachelor s degree in education, psychology, counseling, or related field is required.
• Master s degree in counseling or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in academic counseling or a similar educational role.
• Strong knowledge of academic processes, systems, and student management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse students.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive student information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
