This role will focus on providing our candidates with the same amazing experience that our customers have come to expect from Amazon.com. The Workforce Staffing (WFS) Manager is responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and field organization. This is a transformational leader who flawlessly executes field operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering best in class candidate experiences. This position requires being based in Riyadh or Jeddah with the expectation to frequent travel within KSA.

Key job responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all WFS field operation New Hire Events (NHE) across the region
Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and career development
Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Lead and manage performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives Operational Excellence:
Drive operational excellence at New Hire Events (NHE) including scheduling optimization, labor resource allocation, and KPI achievement
Flawlessly execute standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across all locations within the region
Establish effective communication strategies across all levels of your regional organization
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Strategic Planning and Execution:
Drive all strategic initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and drive operational efficiency
Drive innovation and share best practices across the region and network Requirements:
