Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Proactively research, identify, and approach potential B2B clients (retailers, online sellers, distributors, and agents). * Manage end-to-end communication with B2B customers, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, and deal closures. * Organize, present, and showcase samples to potential clients at the showroom. * Prepare and manage client quotations, pricing discussions, and order coordination. * Maintain organized client records, sales reports, and follow-up trackers. * Collaborate with the Brand Head to conceptualize and shoot creative showroom videos/reels for social media and marketing. * Support in creating effective product pitches, presentations, and visual merchandising for B2B clients. * Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve collections and strategies. * Ensure the showroom is always well-presented and client-ready. Requirements: * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clothing sales/wholesale/B2B lead generation (modest wear or fashion preferred). * Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals. * Fluency in English and preferably Arabic (spoken and written). * Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. * Organized and detail-oriented with good calculation and reporting skills. * Experience in shooting and creating short videos/reels for brand promotion. * Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the brand’s leadership team.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proactive and presentable Sales & Lead Generation Representative to be based at our Dubai showroom. The right candidate will have prior experience in clothing sales, wholesale, or B2B lead generation, with fluency in English and preferably in Arabic too. This role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, showcasing samples to potential buyers, and collaborating on creative brand content.
