Wet Utilities Engineer Design Parsons Corporation Dubai, UAEbr> br>Position Overviewbr>Wet Utilities Engineer Design role in Dubai supporting Parsons Corporation on potable water, firefighting, irrigation, and wet utilities infrastructure projects. The role involves delivering compliant engineering designs, hydraulic modeling support, authority coordination, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams on major developments.br> br>Job Detailsbr>Country: UAEbr>City: Dubaibr>Industry: Civil Engineeringbr>Function: Civil & Structural Engineeringbr>Job Type: Full-timebr> br>Key Responsibilitiesbr> br>Develop and supervise engineering deliverables that meet customer quality requirements, including calculations, drawings, reports, and design packagesbr>Define scope, plan tasks, support budgeting and scheduling, and report work status under guidance of senior engineersbr>Provide technical input to CAD designers and perform CAD and 3D model-related tasks as requiredbr>Independently design wet utilities distribution systems including potable water, firefighting, and irrigation networks under senior guidancebr>Prepare and support hydraulic models for pressure utilities using Bentley WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, OpenUtilities, or related toolsbr>Perform load demand calculations for large private and government developmentsbr>Ensure compliance with authority regulations including DEWA, ADDC, ADWEA, TRANSCO, DM, ADM, DCD, ADCD, and relevant GCC authoritiesbr>Support hydraulic design requirements for pump stationsbr>Prepare utility cross sections in line with RTA, DMT, MOMRA, and other authority standardsbr>Support preparation of technical, commercial, and life cycle cost analyses and client presentationsbr>Liaise with DEWA and DM to support NOC submissions and design approvalsbr>Perform additional responsibilities associated with the role as required
Skills Setbr> br>Proficiency in CAD software including Civil 3Dbr>Working knowledge of Bentley WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, OpenUtilities, or similar hydraulic modeling softwarebr>Familiarity with British and American codes and DEWA and DM regulations for potable water and irrigation designbr>Strong English written and verbal communication skillsbr>Good analytical, organizational, and coordination abilitiesbr>

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil, Hydraulics, Water, Environmental Engineering, or a related fieldbr>Minimum five years of relevant experience in wet utilities projects such as potable water, wastewater, and sewerage networks, preferably within the GCCbr>Proven ability to work independently on conventional to moderately complex engineering assignmentsbr>Strong understanding of wet utilities design practices and authority requirements
