Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Conduct website audits to identify areas for improvement in speed and performance.
• Optimize images and videos to improve website load times and responsiveness.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and ranking on search engines.
• Migrate existing websites to updated platforms without data or functionality loss.
• Utilize web analytics to measure the effectiveness of design changes and optimizations.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes to illustrate website functionality and layout.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and web optimization techniques.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience on the site.
• Ensure websites are fully responsive and compatible across different devices and browsers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding website issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Website Designer & Optimizer or similar role in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other common web technologies.
• Proficiency in design software tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
