Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and on time.
• Coordinate with logistics to improve transportation and delivery processes.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock control, inventory, and warehouse activity.
• Train, supervise, and assess warehouse staff to maintain productivity standards.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations management.
• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team efficiently.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
