Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse operations focused on spare parts for gensets, cranes, trailers, and heavy vehicles
Supervise daily activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching spare parts
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts
Monitor stock levels; conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliations
Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and operations for parts availability and timely delivery
Plan inventory and shift activities to prevent operational downtime
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics of spare parts
Conduct weekly branch visits across the UAE to standardize storekeeping
Maintain accuracy in WMS/ERP systems for spare parts
Support training and development of warehouse staff in parts cataloguing and identification
Prepare operational reports for the Warehouse Manager
Improve warehouse layout, space use, and equipment efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and ISO standards

Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of warehouse & spare parts inventory (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite or similar)
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with ISO, HSE, and warehouse safety standards
Proficient in MS Office
