Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain organized storage areas, employing efficient layout strategies to maximize space and accessibility.
- Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily operational targets and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in conducting regular maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to prevent operational disruptions.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and environmental standards within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve efficiency in the warehouse.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new processes and adapting to changing warehouse demands.
