• Warmly welcoming customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Escorting guests to their assigned tables or providing assistance with seating preferences.

Presenting Menus:

• Handing out menus to guests and explaining any specials or recommendations.
• Answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Taking Orders:

• Taking customer orders for food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Answering questions about menu items and making recommendations when necessary.

Serving Food and Beverages:

• Serving meals and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that orders are presented correctly and addressing any issues with the kitchen.

Check-Backs and Refills:

• Checking with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
• Refilling drinks and attending to additional requests promptly.

Customer Service & Interaction:

• Providing attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
• Addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Upselling and Promotions:

• Suggesting additional menu items, specials, or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
• Upselling to increase the average check size.

Payment Processing:

• Presenting bills to customers and processing payments accurately.
• Handling cash transactions, providing change, and processing credit card payments.

Table Maintenance:

• Clearing and preparing tables for the next customers.
• Keeping work areas, including tables and dining sections, clean and organized.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift.

Collaboration with Kitchen Staff:

• Communicating customer preferences and special requests to the kitchen staff.
• Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
