1. Guest Service & Customer Interaction

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when necessary.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any inquiries regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on tables and accommodating special requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring a prompt resolution.

2. Order Processing & Table Management

• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
• Assist in preparing tables for service, ensuring proper setup of utensils, napkins, and condiments.

3. Upselling & Revenue Enhancement

• Suggest additional menu items such as appetizers, desserts, and premium beverages.
• Promote daily specials and seasonal offerings.
• Encourage guests to try high-margin menu items, enhancing the restaurant’s revenue.

4. Hygiene, Cleanliness & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all service areas, tables, and dining areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the management team.

5. Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist fellow team members during busy service hours.
• Attend daily briefings and training sessions as required.

6. Closing & End-of-Shift Duties

• Ensure all closing tasks are completed, including cleaning service stations and resetting tables.
• Process final transactions and ensure billing accuracy.
• Secure restaurant equipment and assist in closing procedures.
