Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

  • Lead the global visual merchandising strategy, ensuring brand consistency across retail, wholesale, and digital channels.
  • Develop seasonal guidelines, window displays, in-store layouts, and POS concepts that reflect the brand s DNA.
  • Partner with creative, design, and marketing teams to bring collections and campaigns to life in-store.
  • Introduce new ideas, formats, and technologies to elevate the customer journey.
  • Manage and inspire a global VM team, setting clear standards of creativity and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with regional markets to balance global direction with local execution.
  • Control budgets, timelines, and agency partnerships to deliver at the highest level.

The Profile

  • Extensive experience in senior visual merchandising leadership roles within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Strong aesthetic judgement with a proven ability to connect creativity and commerciality.
  • Inspirational leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in global VM strategy, retail design, and store planning.
  • Ability to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining brand integrity.
