With nearly 1,300 employees, ECF Group, a European leader present in around twenty countries, targets two types of customers: CHR professionals (cafés, hotels, restaurants) and communities. The products marketed by the Group concern the world of tableware (tableware, consumables and small & large kitchen equipment). Reporting to the CEO (MIDDLE EAST, AFRICA & INDIA) of ECF Group, the Project Management Officer MEAI will have the following missions: Initially, your mission will consist of integrating new companies at the product/finance/IT/logistics and HR levels. You will define, in conjunction with the experts in the support functions at headquarters, the process management framework and its developments, ensuring that it provides the desired value. You will support the General Management (ExCo) of the area in prioritizing initiatives and in selecting the elements requiring priority transformation. You will support management in defining target processes according to the group's ambitions and their vision and objective. You will develop, in conjunction with the support functions, the piloting of current processes (formalization, performance indicators). performance, risks) and the identification / monitoring of improvement action plans (including actions to achieve the target). You lead the steering committees

With higher education Bac + 5, such as Engineering School, Business School, Master in Strategy, you have successful experience in project management of at least 1 to 2 years.

You have a real sense of pedagogy and your strength of proposal, you have a real capacity to coordinate, analyze, communicate. Your interpersonal skills are recognized by all as well as your ability to mobilize interlocutors. You are autonomous and know how to work in project mode, with a real sense of the field which will be a major asset for success in the position. You are recognized for having leadership, and demonstrate real autonomy.
