Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer + Video Editor to join our dynamic real estate team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our property listings, company events, client testimonials, and social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the brand image and marketing effectiveness of a fast-growing real estate brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and edit high-quality videos for property listings, agent profiles, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
• Capture and edit drone footage and walkthrough tours of residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce engaging content for digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the company website.
• Maintain video equipment and ensure technical quality of all productions.
• Edit videos with attention to branding, storytelling, pacing, transitions, color correction, audio, and motion graphics when needed.
• Organize and manage media assets, raw footage, and project files efficiently.
• Stay up to date with the latest video trends, real estate marketing practices, and industry tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in the real estate or marketing industry.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Experience with drone videography is a strong plus (Drone license is a bonus).
• Solid portfolio demonstrating a variety of video production styles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communication, or related field.
• Basic graphic design or animation skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices for video content.
