Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during medical exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and emergency procedures.

• Prepare animals and equipment for surgical and medical procedures.

• Administer medications, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian.

• Monitor anesthesia and post-operative recovery of patients.

• Perform diagnostic testing including blood draws, laboratory sample preparation, and basic imaging support.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure cleanliness and sterility of clinical areas.

• Educate clients on post-treatment care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.

• Provide nursing care to hospitalized and critically ill patients.

• Ensure compliance with UAE veterinary regulations and clinic protocols.

Requirements for the Role

• Diploma or degree in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting (specialty or general practice).

• Proficiency in handling small animals and supporting critical care cases.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with international veterinary standards and best practices.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
