Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Mission :
Ensure operational management of the technical service with the aim of offering customers superior quality services and products
Inspect all common areas daily to identify problems and technical malfunctions.
Monitor technical equipment in meeting rooms, assist clients during events (seminars and banquets) and respond to any requests related to equipment in the room (video projector, pointer, microphone, air conditioning, sound, lighting)
Directly ensure customer satisfaction
Main Responsibilities:

- Repair of defective items related to floor staff checks
- Diagnose a fault on an installation
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of an electrical installation
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of a sanitary installation
- Maintenance and repair on various surfaces (paint, floor covering, wallpaper, carpentry).
- Ensure that all routine maintenance operations are carried out in public areas, meeting rooms, ballrooms, points of sale, domestic staff areas and the park. Ensure that all repairs, renovations and replacements are carried out in offices and employee workspaces.
