Job purpose:

• The duties typically include driving a set route, managing inventory in the van, promoting products, taking orders, collecting payments, & maintaining customer relationships.
• Achieve the agreed sales targets by route by area for all categories in the assigned region.

Skills:

• Valid UAE Drivers License is a must with clean driving record.
• Sales & Promotion , Delivery & Inventory , Customer Relations , Payment Collection , Record Keeping . Vehicle Maintenance

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Higher Secondary School Or 10 +2 or equivalent , with 2-3 Years experience in a large FMCG organization, preferably in a Frozen category.
• Bilingual /English / Hindi / Malayalam
• Expected to meet & exceed productivity & Sales Targets
• Motivate & manage customers within the designated geographic area for brand/product portfolio development.
• Identify new & prospective customers, educate, create awareness & activate them to increase numeric distribution.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Maintains product category, store classifications, product lists, prices & margin details.
• Credit Management as per organization standards.
• Implementing & developing Journey plan
• Implementation of MSL & Baskets with Dividers with Focusing POP Drivers: Range, Visibility, Merchandising, Price & Promotion.
• Reduce the market returns in terms of damages & zero returns of expired stocks.
• Ensure proper management of the Van Vehicles & assets of the company as per company policies
• Launching of New Products & achieving Distribution target within stipulated time frame.
• Follow up with the Logistic Dept. for freezer placement & for upkeep.
